Life Legacy
Alice "Daughter" Baldwin Mitchell was born October 1, 1922 in Dolomite, Alabama to the late Homer and Ellen Culpepper Baldwin. She was the fourth of six children born to this union.
She as educated in the Jefferson County School System. At an early age, she accepted Christ and was baptized into the New Bethlehem Baptist Church family and remained until ill health prevented her attendance.
She was united in holy matrimony to Robert Mitchell. This union was blessed with five children.
Alice Baldwin Mitchell departed this life Friday, June 4, 2010. She was preceded in death by all of her siblings, Johnnie, Sarah, Augustus, George, and Marie; husband, Robert Mitchell; and son, Michael L. Mitchell.
